We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products, but please be aware that designs, sizes, and colours may vary slightly from what is described.

You have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place it up to 14 days from receiving your goods. This is called the "cooling-off period." To cancel your order, you must notify us by email before returning the goods. You then have an additional 14 days from when you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. The items must be returned in the condition they were received and at your own cost. If you return items outside of this window, we cannot offer a refund.
Please send any returns in their original packaging, along with a copy of your invoice, to the following address:

Full refunds will be issued within two working days of receiving the returned items.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please let us know within two working days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent by 1st Class delivery.

All credit and debit card payments are processed through Shopwired Payments or PayPal. Payment is required in full before the manufacture of the products you have ordered commences. Goods will not be dispatched without full, cleared payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once we receive your payment in full, you will own the goods. We will issue you an invoice once we have dispatched the goods.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completion and delivery lead times are a guide only. While we will try to adhere to the timescales advised on the site, we cannot guarantee completion within a certain timeframe.
The delivery prices published here are for goods to be dispatched the next working day after the order and payment have been received from the Customer to a single address in the Mainland United Kingdom.
Any material visitors send or post to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non-confidential.
