If you are not entirely happy with our products, please email sales@thesafetysheep.store. You have the right to cancel your online order from the moment you place it to 30 days from the day you receive the goods. This period, known as the 'cooling-off period,' is crucial for deciding if the product meets your expectations. Before returning the goods, you must notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this period, preferably by email.
Once you let us know about the cancellation, you have 30 days from the date of notification to return the goods. You'll need to return the items at your own cost in the same condition you received them. Returns will only be accepted within this returns period, and no refund will be due. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in this process.
