Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to describe our items accurately, but please understand that designs, sizes, and colours may vary slightly from the descriptions provided. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to address any concerns.
If our products don't meet your expectations, please reach out to us at sales@thesafetysheep.store. You have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place it until 15 days after receiving your goods. This is what we call the 'cooling-off period ', designed to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
Should you decide to cancel your order during this period, please inform us by email or any other method before returning the goods. You have an additional 15 days from the date of notification to return the goods, which should be in the same condition as you received them. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
As you know, we cannot accept returns for customised signs. If you receive damaged customised items, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to replace them.
Please send any returns in their original packaging and a copy of your invoice to The Safety Sheep Group, 4-6 Bridge Street, Tadcaster, North Yorkshire, LS24 9AL. We will issue a full refund within two days of receiving your returned items.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within two working days of receiving your order, and we will replace them with first-class delivery.
